 Making the Sale...and Keeping It

Here's a simple way to check and see if your company is fulfilling its promises. Print out the following questionnaire and ask all employees except your sales staff to fill it out. When completed, analyze the results and —  if needed —  implement a plan to revise your sales process.

Do We Follow Through on Our Sales Promises? 

 1. Do you think all employees are familiar with our company's sales pitches for every product and service?

 2. How well does the sales department communicate customers' needs to the rest of the company?
